DAY Arrival to Tashkent. Transfer to the hotel, hotel accommodation (after 02:00 p.m.). Sightseeing tour: Amir Temur square, Independence Square, Tashkent Metro. Visit old part of city: an architectural complex Hazreti-Imam: Kaffal-Shashi mausoleum, Madrasah of Barak-Khan; Madrasah of Abdulkasym, Chorsu bazaar. Overnight in Tashkent. DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to railway station, departure to Bukhara by high-speed train “Afrosiab” at 07.30 a.m. Arrival at 11.15 a.m. Sightseeing tour: Samanids Mausoleum, Chashma-Ayub (Saint Job’s Source), Ark citadel (residence of Bukhara khans), Lyabi Khauz ensemble. Visit to the blacksmith work-shop and demonstration of production of traditional uzbek knives and unique handmade scissors. Continue excursion: Poi-Kalyan Ensemble (Madrasah and Minaret), Miri-Arab Madrasah, Magoki-Attori Mosque, trading domes. Overnight in Bukhara. DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the house of the master of suzani. You will see secrets of the process of dyeing, design, drawing and embroidery of suzani. After master class you try make own drawing with embroidery. Lunch at the national house with Master-class for cooking Uzbek Plov. Sightseeing tour: Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa Palace (the residence of the Emir of Bukhara), Chor-Bakr Necropolis, memorial complex of Bahouddin Naqshbandi. Overnight in Bukhara. DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Samarkand (270 km). On the way stop in Gijduvan city, visit center of Gidjduvan school of potters. The owner of the center is the famous ceramist of Uzbekistan - Abdullo Narzullaev, who is one of the most known and recognized masters of ceramics. The masters show unique secrets of craft with you and you can make own souvenir. Arrival to Samarkand and hotel accommodation. Overnight in Samarkand. DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour: the main square - Registan: Ulugbeg, Sher-Dor and Tillya-Kari madrasahs, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Siab bazaar – oriental market. Visit to the factory of silk carpets. You will be able to see the entire production process from start to finish as well as to buy unique carpets handmade. Continue excursion: Observatory of Ulugbeg, Mausoleum of St. Daniel. Overnight in Samarkand. DAY Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from the hotel. Drive to the village near Samarkand has the “Meros” paper mill. You will see all process of making the silk paper and take part in master class. Sightseeing tour: Shakhi Zinda necropolis - unique architectural monuments.
